Measuring Progress is crucial in determining whether a student has demonstrated improvement in areas addressed by his or her goals.
The following tools serve as visual documentation to measure such progress and can be incorporated in day to day school routines. These tools can be utilized with any type of goal form that has been created for a student (please press icon at end of this page to information on goal forms).
The following files provide examples of goal charts that one can utilize (you may need to click on enable editing to see charts in correct format or to edit).

- Goal CHARTS (some educators may refer to them as Behavior Charts, but I prefer the term "Goal") These can be very vague to very detailed in design and serve as not only great visual reminders to students but also as documentation of progress.
- Monthly calendars can also be utilized to measure student progress. Goals can be written at the top of the calendar and improvement measured through a point and/or sticker system.
- Agendas can also be utilized to measure student progress. Student goals can be written daily or weekly depending on the agenda's design and a point system can be utilized to measure progress. Stickers can also be substituted for points and used to measure progress.
